Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A prepayment of 20% of the booking cost must be transferred to the card within three days (two days in summer period) from the date of booking. The administration of the guest house will contact guest after booking to provide the details. Free cancellation is possible at least 30 days prior to arrival. Booking without prepayment will be canceled. Accommodation in the room is made after signing a contract for hiring a dwelling and paying the cost of the whole stay. Check-in — at 11:00, check-out — at 09:00. Conditions of accommodation of children: — additional accommodation of a child of any age in a double room — for a surcharge of 50% of the cost of the main place, with the provision of a bed; — additional accommodation of one child up to 3 years in 3-bed, 4-bed and 2-bed rooms, without provision of a berth — free of charge; — the cost of installing an additional baby cot for children up to 3 years — 100 rubles per day.
