At the resort
You can stop by the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. The resort cafe is a nice place to have a snack. Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available.
If you travel by car, you can park in a parking zone. Also, the following services are available for guests at the resort: a massage room and a spa center. Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a fitness center. Get ready for a fun and exciting vacation! Here’s what you will find on the premises: a library.
Tourists who can’t live without swimming will appreciate a pool, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. You can arrange a business meeting, a board meeting, and even a job interview as there is a conference hall. There are playrooms for children at the resort. They will be having so much fun that you might have to spend the evening with adults. To book an excursion, consult the tour assistance desk of the resort.
The staff of the resort will order a transfer for you. At the guests’ disposal, there’s also a laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, press, car rental, a safe-deposit box and a concierge. The staff of the resort will be happy to talk to you in English and German.

Extra info
Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.

The new location of the Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort is Bangsak Beach. Kindly be informed that nothing has changed, other than the location which was previously at Khao Lak. The distance between two is 15 minutes, car drive. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
