Location
Everything you need is in one place. Resort «Finca Hotel Spa Merchú» is located in La Tebaida. This resort is located in 9 km from the city center.
At the resort
You can stop by the bar. In the shared kitchen, you can cook anything you want. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a parking zone. The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room, a solarium and a steam bath.
Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a fitness center. You won’t be bored as at the resort you will find a bowling club, a ping-pong area, a picnic area and a barbeque area. Swimming fans are going to enjoy a pool and an outdoor pool. Children will be happy, there is a playroom for them.
If you want to make your journey even more comfortable, you can order a transfer. Additional services that the resort offers to its guests: a laundry, ironing and a safe-deposit box. The staff of the resort will be happy to talk to you in English and Spanish.

All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
Know Before You Go
- If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for foreign visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes
