Program Purpose
The Rewards page explains campaigns, promo codes, loyalty benefits, periodic discounts and special offers that may be available to travelers. The goal is to show the scope, validity period and usage conditions of benefits clearly before booking.

Usage Conditions
- Each campaign is valid only for the dates, services, guests, rooms, tours, destinations or currencies stated in the announcement.
- Promo codes must be entered before payment and validated by the system.
- Campaigns may not be combined with other discounts, coupons or special agreements.
- Benefits may be cancelled in case of technical error, misuse, fraudulent activity or breach of campaign terms.
- For services requiring stock, quota, travel date or supplier confirmation, campaign use is subject to availability.
Effect of Cancellation, Change and Refund
If a booking uses a reward or campaign benefit, cancellation, date change, partial use or refund may invalidate all or part of the benefit. Refund calculations may take into account campaign discounts, coupons used, supplier deductions, bank/payment provider processing times and service-specific cancellation rules.
Fair Use and Limitations
- Each user is bound by the usage quantity and limits stated in the campaign announcement.
- Using multiple accounts, automated actions or misleading information to benefit from campaigns is not accepted.
- Rewards cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or applied to past bookings unless stated otherwise.
- Sevener Travel reserves the right to update campaign conditions or stop a campaign when necessary.
