Purposes and Legal Grounds

TRNC Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 sets principles such as lawful and fair collection, processing for specified and legitimate purposes, keeping data accurate and current, and not retaining it longer than necessary.
Sharing and Transfer
Data may be shared, as necessary, with hotels, tour, transfer, event, payment, banking, accounting, technical infrastructure, support and legal service providers for the performance of the booking. Data may also be shared with courts, public authorities or competent institutions when legally required.
Where international transfer or third-party processing is required, Law No. 89/2007 and relevant Board regulations are considered.
Retention and Security
Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing, legal limitation periods, tax/accounting duties, contract relationship and possible disputes. After that period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
